First PhotoShoot with Laure & Andreia

We can argue about the Social Network that Mark Zuckerberg created, many things. Although he leads to an easiest way to  a collaboration. It’s what happened to Andreia and I.

I met Andreia Carvalho (Make Up Artist and Hair Stylist) through Facebook, she sent me a private message to ask me if I was interested to work with her. I was glad she found me through that other profile named Buster Adams-Photo. At the beginning, I was a bit surprised because I’m not used to shoot fashion pictures, with models, make up artist… etc.

So we met, because we wanted to be sure we could work together, and it was the day we set a few goals we could find in common.She oughts to be as free as she wanted, to create make-up and show her potential. On the other hand,I try to experiment this kind of photography. I’ve never been in: fashion photography.

I checked her work, she checked my Personal Series. We found after a coffee or two, what we wanted to try. She came with a lot of ideas. Not only make up ideas, but also she had in mind photoshoots, she already thought about the clothes, the make up, the set, the hair, EVERYTHING. She had images inside her mind that she wanted to give life to.

I was very enthusiastic about her energy and her motivation. I said something like: « Let’s do it!« .

We managed to find a day on our schedules to set up a short photoshoot. She brought Laure, and we tried it out.

I think it won’t be the last time we work together. Thanks to M. Zuckerberg.
